參賽資格：
參賽選手持有該參賽國家代表隊的國籍
參賽選手必須獲其國家跆拳道協會/屬會推薦
參賽選手持有國技院 / 其國家之品證或段證資歷
比賽規則：
根據世界跆拳道聯盟規則 (搏擊賽:1/9/2023) (品勢賽:14/5/2019)
成人，兒童及青少年採用KPNP電子甲及錄像審議
1) 是次賽事將採用電子護具〔包括電子頭盔〕，詳細資料見下：
i.) 本次賽會將採用世盟認可之 KPNP 電子護具。
ii.) 選手需自備 KPNP 電子襪 (可支援任何 KPNP 電子襪)。
競賽時間:
競賽時間為每場三回合，每回合兩分鐘，每回合之間中場休息一分鐘三局兩勝制。
但是，第四回合一分鐘將不會作黃金回合。若得分相同，則按世界跆拳道聯盟競賽規則與解釋第15條決定勝負。
賽事技術委員會擁有最終決定權，可將賽事調整為 1 分鐘，1分鐘30秒或是2分鐘。
比賽方法：
搏擊賽 - 採用單淘汰賽制度 (搏擊賽只限每個量級一人參賽)
品勢賽 - 篩選資格賽制

Qualification:
Holder of the nationality of the participating team
Recommended by the National Taekwondo Association or Club
Holder of Kukkiwon or National Poom or Dan Certificate
Competition Rules:
WT Kyorugi Competition Rules as of Sept 1, 2023
WT Poomsae Competition Rules as of May 14, 2019
Senior, Junior & Cadets: KPNP PSS & Video Re-Play
Tournament Duration:
In the best of three (3) system, the duration of the contest shall be three rounds of two minutes each with a one-minute rest period between rounds.
However, a 4th round of one minute will not be conducted as the Golden round. In case of a tie score for corresponding round,
the round winner shall be decided by the Article 15 of WT Competition rules & interpretation
The duration of each round may be adjusted to 1 minute, 1 minute 30 second or 2 minutes at the sole discretion of the
Technical Delegate for the pertinent Championships.
Competition Method:
Kyorugi: Single elimination tournament system
Number of contestants in each country (ONE for each category)
Poomsae: Cut off system
