比賽地點: 九龍公園體育館(地址:香港九龍尖沙咀柯士甸道22號)
參賽資格: 參賽者年齡以出生年份為準,同時亦須符合以下各項:
  • 參賽者須持有其代表國家/地區之有效身份證明文件(身份證及護照)
  • 參賽者必須獲其國家跆拳道協會/屬會推薦方可參加
  • 參賽者持有國技院/其國家之品證或段證資歷
  • 如品證或段證資歷申請中請提供證明信
比賽規則: 品勢(2024年9月30日更新)及搏擊(2026年1月1日更新)比賽,依據世界跆拳道聯盟(World Taekwondo)最新規則比賽,但不完全採用該規則。比賽採用五分制,搏擊賽事不使用電子手套,並採用錄像審議制度。
 
是次賽事之搏擊賽項(成人、兒童及青少年組)均會採用電子護具〔包括電子頭盔〕,詳細資料見下:
  1. 本次賽會將採用世界跆拳道認可之 KPNP 電子護具;
  2. 參賽者需自備 KPNP 電子襪(或可支援任何 KPNP 的電子襪)
競賽時間
(搏擊):
競賽時間為每場三回合,每回合兩分鐘,每回合之間中場休息一分鐘三局兩勝制。若每回合得分相同,則按世界跆拳道競賽規則與解釋第15(5)條決定勝負。
 
賽事技術委員會擁有最終決定權,可將賽事調整為 1 分鐘/
1分鐘30秒/2分鐘。
比賽賽制:
  • 搏擊賽
所有賽項均採用單淘汰賽制(搏擊賽只限每個量級一人參賽)
  • 品勢賽
篩選資格賽制
報名截止日期: 202663日(星期三)下午3時正
 
參賽隊伍必須於2026年6月3日下午3時正或之前,將填妥的報名表格(以Excel格式)參賽資格所提及的文件副本電郵至本協會hktkda@biznetvigator.com
 
逾時提交或資料缺漏之申請概不受理。
報名費用: 免費
交通安排: 參賽隊伍需自行安排,本會恕不提供在港往返機場/火車站/渡輪碼頭的接送服務
惡劣天氣安排: 如在比賽當日,第一輪賽事報到前兩小時天文台已發出八號熱帶氣旋警告信號預警、或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、或黑色暴雨警告信號仍然生效,該日賽事即告取消,並不作補賽。
注意事項:
  1. 賽程編定後不會更改,參賽者必須依時報到和出賽,否則作棄權論。各分組比賽的賽程均以比賽當日即場公布者為準
  2. 如參賽者由他人冒名頂替、違反規則或因行為不檢而影響賽事,其在有關項目的參賽資格及所得成績一律作廢
  3. 因賽程緊湊,主辦機構不會安排場地供熱身之用
  4. 參賽者須留意本會在現場作出的公布/展示公告,並遵守本會及場地的各項守則
  5. 本會有權向外公布比賽成績及相片
  6. 主辦機構保留權利隨時修改本章程而不另行通知

Eligibility:      
Age is determined by year of birth and participants must also meet the following:
• Hold valid identification documents (ID card and passport) of the representing country/region
• Be officially recommended by their national/affiliated Taekwondo association
• Hold a Kukkiwon or national Poomsae/Dan certificate
• If the certificate is still under application, a supporting letter is required
Competition Rules:
Poomsae Competition Rules (updated 30th September 2024) and Kyorugi Competition Rules (updated 1st January 2026) will follow the latest WT rules but not in full. A five-point scoring system will be used. Electronic gloves are not used in Kyorugi; a video re-play system is adopted.
 
All Kyorugi events (Adult, Children and Junior) will use KPNP electronic protective gear (including electronic helmets):
I. The competition will use WT-approved KPNP electronic protective gear.
II. Participants must bring their own KPNP electronic socks (or any socks compatible with KPNP).
 
Match Duration:              
(Kyorugi)
Three rounds of 2 minutes each, with 1 minute rest between rounds (best of three). If scores are tied in a round, the winner is decided according to Article 15(5) of the World Taekwondo Competition Rules and Interpretation. The Technical Committee reserves the right to adjust match time to 1 minute / 1 minute 30 seconds / 2 minutes.
 
Competition Format:
Kyorugi: Single elimination system (only one competitor per weight class allowed)   Poomsae: Qualifying system

3:00 pm on 3rd June 2026 (Wednesday)
Participating teams must email the completed registration form (in Excel format) together with copies of all required eligibility documents to hktkda@biznetvigator.com by the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Transportation:
Teams are responsible for their own arrangements. The Association will not provide airport / train station / ferry terminal pick-up service.
Inclement Weather Arrangement: 
If a No. 8 or higher Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still in force two hours before the first-round check-in on the competition day, the day’s events will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
 
Important Notes:
I. The schedule will not be changed once finalised. Participants must report and compete on time; failure to do so will result in disqualification. On-site announcements on the day of competition are final.
II. Impersonation, rule violations or misconduct will result in disqualification and nullification of results.
III. Due to the tight schedule, no warm-up area will be provided.
IV. Participants must follow all on-site announcements and venue rules.
V. The Association reserves the right to publish results and photographs.
VI. The organising body reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.
